Main Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support
  • Undertake forward planning to support the tracking and planning of key team priorities.

Communications and Engagement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare for Board and Committee presentations, briefings for senior officials and assist in producing speeches, submissions and publications.

Workforce Capability
  • Support team development through process reviews, knowledge management and induction programs.

Leadership
  • Supervise and support junior staff within the team and organization.

Events Coordination
  • Prepare for stakeholder meetings and events throughout the year.
