About The Role

This role involves assisting with the day-to-day operation of the bakery department, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

  • You will be responsible for managing and coaching the team, completing production, actioning orders, generating rosters, and more.
  • Fresh food retail knowledge is preferred but not essential.
  • You'll need to demonstrate supervisory skills, ordering and cost control abilities, accurate team member rostering, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the bakery department, ensuring efficient production and order fulfillment.
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve high performance standards.
  • Action orders, generate rosters, and perform other tasks as required.
