Responsibilities- Lead and manage bakery team members; coach, train and performance manage as required.
- Ordering and cost control; experience with rostering.
- Fresh food retail knowledge; experience in a bakery is a bonus.

- A flair for merchandising; strong leadership and delegation skills.
- Commitment to work health and safety standards.
- Display a passion for fresh food within the grocery retail industry.
