A dynamic and highly regarded boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Lawyer to take on a leadership position and contribute to the development of junior solicitors.
About the OpportunityThe successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Partner, involved in strategic decision-making, client relationship management, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities- Handle complex family law cases, including parenting arrangements and property settlements
- Manage general civil litigation, commercial disputes, and estate matters
- Undertake residential and commercial conveyancing, leases, and property settlements
- At least 10 years experience in Family, Litigation or Property Law
- Confidence managing files independently from start to finish
- Strong leadership mindset and genuine interest in mentoring juniors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current practising certificate in Queensland
- Be a key leader within a supportive and growing boutique firm
- Work directly with a respected Managing Partner who values collaboration
