Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Mimco Melbourne Airport T4. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales, profit, and productivity, while delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and genuine instore experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Centric Culture: Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a warm and meaningful instore experience that exceeds customer expectations.
- Commercial Acumen: Assist in driving sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business.
- Team Leadership: Support the Manager by ensuring the team has an understanding of all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen.
- Operational Excellence: Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development, while adhering to all company behaviours, policies, and procedures.
- Passion for Retail: A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
- Financial Management: Assist with managing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters.
- Team Performance: Support the Manager in managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of the team.
- Operational Skills: Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
