Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at Fruition Recruitment. As a Senior Accountant, you will work closely with our Director and oversee an Accountant, providing tax and cash flow planning advice to successful businesses, high net worth individuals, and esteemed professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with existing clients, attending to their commercial matters, preparing tax returns and financial statements, and undertaking compliance and advisory responsibilities.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and support to your direct report, overseeing task allocation, workflow management, and productivity.
  • Handle billing preparation and budget management, while keeping your own knowledge up to date and in line with industry best practices.

Requirements

We are looking for a Senior Accountant with a passion for business, excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge. CPA or CA qualified with relevant tertiary qualifications, and experience in a similar role. Proven experience in mentoring others and a willingness to drive business development efforts, promote enhancements and efficiencies, and cultivate internal and external networks.
