Ammonium Nitrate Transporter Role

 

Centurion Shipping is currently seeking qualified and experienced Specialised Ammonium Nitrate bulk transporters to join our team on a full-time or casual basis. Our transporters are responsible for safely transporting bulk ammonium nitrate products from our customer's cargo vessel to deliver to various storage reserves.

As an integral part of our Gracemere-based operation, you will be working with a modern fleet of vehicles, providing flexible and reliable supply chain solutions for all our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transporting bulk ammonium nitrate products from our customer's cargo vessel to deliver to various storage reserves.
  • Maintaining high levels of efficiency and productivity in your daily operations.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current open MC Licence with a minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Previous experience carting general freight.
  • Previous experience carting bulk dangerous goods.
  • A sound knowledge of road transport legislation including fatigue management, permit requirements and operating conditions.
  • Good interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
