Beverage Expert

We are seeking a professional who knows their craft and enjoys connecting with people. As a Beverage Expert, you will be the heart of our operation, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet every guest immediately in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Offer food and beverages from the bar.
  • Protect our guests and community by observing the rules of responsible service of alcohol.
  • Ensure the bar remains stocked and looking fantastic.
  • Be efficient in handling cash.
  • Offer optimum guest service - create 'Moments that Matter'.
  • Take pride in preparing and serving drinks according to our recipes and standards.
  • Suggest premium menu items to enhance the guest's experience and maximise sales.

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous bartending experience.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
  • Energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time, manoeuvring up and down stairs.
