We are currently seeking a retail sales professional to join our team at Pacific Fair. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling sports apparel and footwear, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sport, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also be comfortable meeting sales targets and working towards business objectives.

  • Key responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of store sales and KPI targets, taking ownership of individual performance targets, and using all available store resources to meet or exceed them
  • The role requires executing the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations
  • It is essential to execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
  • Responsibilities also include processing merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenishing merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
  • The role involves representing the brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will have a strong background in retail sales or customer service with a proven track record of success. You must be motivated, energetic, and passionate about achieving results in a fast-paced environment. Working hours are across weekdays and weekends.
