Lead a Team of Educators at Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Educational Leader to join our management team at Busy Bees at Smithfield Plains. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standard.
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to ensure best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with families, children, and the broader community.
  • Collaborate with the Service management to achieve success and growth.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent as recognized by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).
  • Current and valid Working With Children Check.
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
