Job Title: Data Network Architect

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our IT Infrastructure team as a Data Network Architect. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting and evolving enterprise network environments across data centres and cloud-integrated platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Routing, Switching & Wireless LAN network, including the ability to configure and troubleshoot Routers, Switches & wireless controllers. Excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills are necessary for this role.

Key Responsibilities include Design, provisioning, upgrading, capacity planning and performance testing of networks. The Data Network Architect will also provide second-level and third-level network support on incidents and contribute to provide RCA. Additionally, they will maintain and ensure current SLA & KPIs requirements for support.

Required Skills and Qualifications include 5-8 years of experience in understanding and working knowledge on LAN, Wireless LAN, WAN & SDWAN. CCNP or higher certification is required, as well as knowledge of Cisco Firewalls and Network Monitoring tools like SolarWinds.

Preferred Skills include Experience of working with global clients and worked in at least one Managed services project. Clear understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management & Service request along with Ticketing Tool like Service Now. Splunk log management and knowledge of Splunk search queries, Wireshark Network troubleshooting tools are also preferred.
