Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail leadership, with expertise in managing liquor inventory, payroll, rostering, and visual merchandising.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive store environment, fostering strong relationships with customers, and motivating your team to achieve sales targets.

You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including local and imported brands, and contribute to the development of new business initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments
  • Strong administrative skills, including payroll, rostering, and inventory management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
