Our company is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to assist the Regional Manager with coordinating daily cleaning operations at two premium retail outlets. This hands-on role involves performing general cleaning duties, supporting team members, and helping with minor roster and task adjustments.

**Job Description:**

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating daily cleaning duties and team support. You will perform general site cleaning: amenities, food court, car parks, bins (as required). You will monitor cleaning quality and report issues to management.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily cleaning duties and team support
- Perform general site cleaning: amenities, food court, car parks, bins (as required)
- Monitor cleaning quality and report issues to management
- Assist with roster adjustments and task allocation
- Report hazards and incidents
- Maintain WHS compliance and professional communication

**Requirements:**

- Previous cleaning experience essential (retail/commercial preferred)
- Minimum one year's supervisory experience in any industry
- Reliable, proactive, and physically fit
- Able to work independently and in a team
