Delta Facilities Management has a Full Time Cleaning Supervisor opportunity available within the Facilities Maintenance team based in South East Queensland.

The role will involve leading a Facilities Maintenance Cleaning team of approximately 10 Cleaners across our 24 locations from Brendale to Noosa, on-site cleaning supervision, and managing day-to-day servicing requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising, motivating, training, and coordinating staff, providing guidance to the cleaning team, performing QA cleaning audits, and working with colleagues and customers.

Required skills and qualifications include experience in a similar role, ability to travel between sites, current Australian drivers license, national police clearance, and adaptability to business needs.
