About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandiser and Customer Service Representative to join our team at one of our corporate optical stores. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays that showcase our designer brands.

In addition to your visual merchandising skills, you will also provide exceptional customer service, answering questions about frames and offering personalized recommendations to customers. You will work closely with our design teams to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and product offerings.

This permanent full-time opportunity requires strong customer service and sales experience, ideally from an optical or high-performing retail store. You will take pride in your service delivery, be able to work towards sales targets, have a passion for up-to-date trends, and a willingness to assist customers with frame selection.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a retail or optical environment
  • Strong knowledge of fashion and design trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
