About the Role

This exciting opportunity is open for an experienced and passionate individual who wants to lead their own Outside School Hours Care service and make a positive impact on the lives of children. As a Lead Outside School Hours Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for children in a local school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
  • Create engaging programs with industry leading programming tools.
  • Be the face of TheirCare and create positive relationships within the school community.
  • Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.
  • Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
  • Hours: 6.45am - 9.00am & 1.45pm - 6.30pm + weekly administration hours
  • Monday to Friday- no weekend work

About You:

  • You are an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships.
  • Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Completed or in the process of completing a diploma in early childhood education and care.
  • Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification, including but not limited to, studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services.
  • Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state.
  • Willing to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.
  • Willing to obtain National Criminal History Check.

Estimated Salary: The estimated salary for this role is around $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
