Casual educators play a vital role in our early learning environment, supporting permanent staff with daily routines and transitions. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality care and education, we'd love to welcome you to our team.

  • Deliver play-based learning aligned with the EYLF in various rooms
  • Support permanent staff with routines and transitions
  • Be available for flexible shifts Monday to Friday, between 6:30am and 6:30pm
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Bring energy, initiative, and adaptability to each day

About This Role

  • This casual position is ideal for individuals seeking flexible working arrangements and looking to contribute their expertise to early childhood education
  • We encourage applicants who have experience working in early learning and are confident in their ability to support a range of age groups

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or actively working towards it) is required for this role
  • A Working with Children Check (Employee) - VIC is also a mandatory requirement
  • You will need First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
  • A Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certificate is also essential
