Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team.

This role is pivotal in the implementation of digital and social media strategies to attract and retain clients through events, campaigns, and partnerships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily social media operations, creating engaging content, developing and monitoring paid advertising campaigns, designing marketing materials, organizing client events, and compiling performance reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with clients and promote our services.
  • Digital Advertising Execution: Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta to drive website traffic and sales.
  • Design & Content Creation: Design and create marketing materials using Canva, including digital and in-clinic collateral.
  • Client Engagement & Analysis: Organize client events, respond to online feedback, and compile weekly performance reports for management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with front desk and aesthetic specialists teams to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of practical experience in a hands-on marketing or social media role.
  • Experience in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry is highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Canva, video editing software (Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Rush), and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus).
