Lead Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced operations professional to lead and manage a team in achieving operational excellence in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the store strategy and vision, cascading to team members through independent judgment.
  • Plan and manage team member schedules, taking into account labor requirements, availability, safety, inventory deliveries, and efficiency considerations.
  • Manage budgets and analyze business data and metrics to inform planning processes and drive results.
  • Sustain operational excellence by ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient execution of product operations.
  • Oversee omnichannel programs according to company standards.
  • Execute leadership development projects and initiatives focused on team performance.
Requirements:
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
  • Must have reliable transportation for travel to assigned stores.
  • Full-time position with 38 hours per week.
  • The work schedule is based on a roster and can vary based on store needs.
