Job Title: Talented Youth Coach

This role focuses on mentoring junior athletes aged 12-15, developing essential skills such as marking, bodywork, mobility, and positional expertise.

You will create and deliver targeted sessions, drawing from your elite playing and coaching experience, to improve fundamental skills, enhance player confidence, and educate players on key techniques.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance and support to coaches
  • Cultivating a safe, inclusive learning environment
  • Working effectively within a team
  • Adhering to working hours, including evenings and weekends

A valid Working With Vulnerable People card is required. An AFL Silver Coaching Accreditation (or progress towards accreditation) is highly desirable.
