NDIS Support Worker Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team as an NDIS support worker. As a support worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care that enables people with disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives within their communities.

About the Role

This is a casual position working Monday to Friday, on call, public holidays, and weekends. You will work in person at various locations.

You will be responsible for providing personal care and support for daily activities, encouraging community participation and social engagement, assisting with meal preparation, medication prompts, and light household duties, implementing and following personalised care plans, and fostering a safe, positive environment for clients.

To be successful in this role, you must have a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification), NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain, Current First Aid and CPR Certification, Police Check (within the last 6 months), and a Valid Australian Driver's License with reliable vehicle and comprehensive or third-party property damage insurance.
