About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Educational Leader to join our management team at Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our educational programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Lead and manage a team of educators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional care and education
  • Collaborate with the service management team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated with sector changes and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent as recognized by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA)
  • Current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standard
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating high-quality educational programs
