At Busy Bees at East Fremantle, we are seeking a dynamic and confident Educational Leader to join our management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our children and contributing to the success of our service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Guide and mentor a team of educators, fostering a culture of professional reflection and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Service management to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to remain updated with sector changes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent as recognized by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).
  • Current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
