Beauty Clinic Manager

About Us:

e-skin is a dynamic team specializing in Anti Aging beauty treatments. We deliver exceptional service and results, offering HIFU, Anti-Aging Skin Care, SQT Bio Microneedling, Facials, LED Therapy & other services.

We use HIFU technology for non-invasive skin lifting and tightening treatments, tailor various facial treatments to individual skin types and concerns, sell memberships, skin care, and services with consultative skills, and manage clinic operations and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting, hiring, and training new staff members
  • Designing business strategies to meet organizational goals
  • Managing staff productivity and developing protocols and procedures
  • Liaising between clients and the clinic
  • Discovering new sites and setting up new branches
  • Handling online reviews and maintaining 5-star clinic ratings
  • Managing internal and external communications
  • Creating new services and products to meet financial goals
  • Managing membership platforms and social media marketing
  • Planning and managing the clinic's operational activities
  • Performing employee reviews and providing constructive feedback
  • Ensuring policies and procedures comply with state and federal laws
  • Implementing and training staff in company policies
  • Delivering client treatments and managing ongoing staff training

Requirements:

  • Certificate 4 in Beauty Therapy or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, preferred Diploma in Salon Management
  • Proven track record in managing a similar business involving creating loyal clientele
  • Relevant certifications and training in HIFU and/or associated equipment used
  • Developing a team of skilled beauty therapists
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possessing a passion for skincare and beauty treatments
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
