Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort in Australia.

As a Mixology Expert, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talent in crafting exceptional beverages and delivering outstanding service to our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a diverse range of drinks, ensuring each one meets our high standards and menu specifications.

Key responsibilities:

• Craft Exceptional Beverages: Prepare and serve refreshing cocktails by our poolside bar or at our waterpark kiosk, providing an unforgettable experience for our guests.
• Maintain a Welcoming Environment: Keep the bar areas clean, fully stocked, and inviting for our guests.
• Deliver Outstanding Service: Engage with guests to enhance their experience, providing friendly and attentive service.
• Manage Inventory: Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring the bar is always well-supplied.
• Uphold Safety Standards: Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe environment for both guests and team members.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a bartender, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment, and a current RSA certification.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
