Mixology Expert

To provide exceptional service and create an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage outlet, you will be responsible for:

• Making and serving drinks to guests with excellent customer service skills;
• Serving food to patrons when required;
• Working collaboratively as part of a diverse team that requires flexibility and 100% team-oriented energy;
• Working a variety of shifts over weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous experience within a hotel's food and beverage outlet (advantageous but not essential);
• Previous bartending experience;
• A valid RSA;
• Confidence in your ability to help customers and excellent communication skills;
• Passion and enthusiasm for work in the hospitality and food industry;
• Exceptional organisation and communicative skills;
• Australian working rights with the ability to work across a varied roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
