**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled Member Solutions Specialist to join our Sales and Member Service Outbound team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to members, providing support and general advice, and working towards conversion not product sales.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Making a number of outbound calls to members daily
  • Having meaningful conversations with existing members on their current products
  • Providing support and general advice to new members
  • Working to conversion not product sales

This is a full-time position requiring adaptability, resilience, great communication skills, and the ability to meet specific KPIs.

As an experienced professional in the field, you will have a broad scope of services including Auto Services and Tyres. You will be trained to provide excellent member-centric retention services.
