Experienced Magazine Handler Wanted

This is a permanent full-time role on a 14:14 roster with Barminco, one of the world's largest hard-rock underground mining companies.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per annum. Generous shift rates are offered with 11% super on all hours worked. Employee discounts and perks are also available on health insurance, entertainment, technology, travel, and retail stores.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Magazine Keeper with Barminco, your key responsibilities will include:
- Previous experience working in an underground mining environment as a Magazine Keeper;
- Store, handle, and transport explosives safely and efficiently;
- Hold a dangerous goods licence and meet all site access requirements;
- Possess valid and relevant qualifications, certificates, and licences, including an Australian recognised Shotfirer's Ticket (RPL's);
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A proven track record of working in underground mining environments;
- An understanding of safe explosive handling procedures;
- The ability to obtain and maintain a dangerous goods licence;
- All necessary qualifications, certificates, and licences, including an Australian recognised Shotfirer's Ticket (RPL's);
- The ability to meet all site access requirements;
