Regional Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Accounting Manager to join our team at WiseTech Global Limited. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the external and internal financial accounting requirements of our global entities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a small team of direct reports and report into the Group Accounting Manager.
- Be responsible for the end-to-end accounting for all entities within the ANZ region of our four regional hubs.
- Drive transformation as we centralise and standardise our accounting practices around the world.
- Be the main point of contact within the Finance Team for all entities, working closely with business leaders, auditors, and local advisors.
- Understand and explain significant drivers of business performance and assist with the budgeting and re-forecasting processes.
- Work closely with other Regional and Corporate Accounting Managers on the management of Group level tasks.
- Responsible for providing timely and accurate financial information for your region.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in planning and executing transformation projects.
- Strong coaching and Team Management skills, with a focus on the management and career development of junior team members.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong technical accounting skills, with an appropriate accounting qualification (Chartered Accountant, CPA, or similar) and 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
