Electrical Shutdown Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced shutdown supervisors to work on upcoming shutdowns in Perth, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a safe working environment for personnel
  • Plan activities to minimize inefficiencies and optimize results
  • Coordinate electrical workforce requirements and ensure effective resource allocation
  • Understand risk management principles and implement control measures
  • Participate in safety investigations and reporting
  • Contribute to quality assurance audits
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with client and contractor representatives
  • Monitor site instructions to ensure cost efficiency and agreement
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor
  • WA A Grade Electrical Licence
  • Leadership experience with successful team delivery
  • Strong commitment to safety
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership, negotiation, dispute resolution skills
  • Organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
  • CPR/LVR certificate (issued within last 12 months)
  • White card and valid Australian Drivers Licence
  • Working at Heights certification (within 2 years)
  • RTIO Induction
  • S26 Training

We will arrange inductions and additional training if required.
