Electrical Shutdown Supervisor Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Shutdown Supervisor to join our team on upcoming projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has the skills and experience required to lead teams effectively.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor, a WA A Grade Electrical Licence, and leadership experience with successful team delivery. They will also possess strong safety commitment, exceptional communication skills, negotiation, dispute resolution skills, organizational and analytical skills, ability to interpret electrical blueprints and schematics, CPR/LVR certificate (issued within last 12 months), White card and valid Australian Drivers Licence, Working at Heights (within 2 years), RTIO Inducted and S26 Trained.

About the Role

This is a key leadership role that requires a high level of technical knowledge and expertise in electrical shutdown procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams of electrical engineers and technicians to ensure safe and efficient execution of shutdowns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams of electrical engineers and technicians during shutdowns
  • Ensure safe and efficient execution of shutdowns
  • Develop and implement shutdown plans and procedures
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of shutdowns
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor
  • A WA A Grade Electrical Licence
  • Leadership experience with successful team delivery
  • Strong safety commitment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Negotiation, dispute resolution skills
  • Organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
