We're seeking an experienced Mobile Phone Repair Specialist to join our team in Wallsend, NSW.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repairing iPhones and Samsung phones, as well as iPads. They will also be skilled in selling and upselling phone accessories, installing screen protectors, and maintaining stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repairing mobile devices, including iPhones and Samsung phones, and iPads
  • Selling and upselling phone accessories
  • Installing screen protectors
  • Maintaining stock levels and performing regular stocktakes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience as a technician or sales person
  • Strong knowledge of iPhone and Samsung phone repairs
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
