About the Role

ZSoft Technologies Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced AI Platform Developer and Maintainer to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our AI platform infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain AI Platform Infrastructure: Focus on API gateway routing, security, and monitoring systems to ensure seamless integration and scalability.
  • Design and Develop Scalable AI Solutions: Utilize AI tools and frameworks to create efficient and effective solutions that meet business needs.
  • Deploy AI Models into Production: Ensure AI models are optimized for scalability, reliability, and performance in production environments.
  • Integrate AI Solutions into Existing Systems: Seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows to enhance business processes.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with software developers, data scientists, and business analysts to ensure successful AI integration.
  • Architect and Implement End-to-End AI Solutions: Design and implement comprehensive AI solutions using cloud technology platforms.
  • Document AI Development Process: Document the AI development process, including model and solution architecture, and deployment procedures.
  • Provide Engineering Support for AI-Powered Testing Solutions: Support the development and implementation of AI-powered testing solutions, including automated test case generation tools.
  • Implement AI-Based Synthetic Testing: Monitor for model drift and ensure correctness using AI-based synthetic testing.
  • Support GitHub Co-Pilot Integration: Support the integration of GitHub Co-Pilot across a team of 500+ engineers.
  • Design and Implement Machine Learning Models: Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms for various AI-driven applications.
  • Lead AI Platform and Service Implementation: Lead the implementation of AI platforms and services from inception through to production, ensuring comprehensive documentation and support processes are in place.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Microsoft certifications in AI, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform are a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in developing and deploying AI solutions using platforms like Open AI, Azure AI Studio, or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in C#,.NET Core, and Python, with experience in deploying AI models on Azure.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Requirements: Australian PR/Citizen/Full work rights to work in Australia.
