Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain a robust AI platform, including establishing the underlying AI Landing Zone and core infrastructure.
- Utilize AI tools and frameworks to build and support robust and scalable AI solutions.
- Deploy AI models to production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing applications and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Design end-to-end AI solutions using Cloud Technology Platforms.
- Document the AI development process, including model architecture, solution architecture, and deployment procedures.
- Provide engineering support for AI-powered testing solutions, including the use of Mistral or other tools for automated test case generation.
- Establish AI synthetic testing (for model drift, correctness, etc.).
- Provide engineering support for Git Hub Co-Pilot across 350 engineers.
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for various AI applications.
- Participate in large-scale implementation of AI platforms and services from inception through to production, maintaining quality documentation and procedures for the ongoing support of the platform.
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology - Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent.
- Current Microsoft certifications in relevant Microsoft AI, Dynamics 365 applications and Power Platform advantageous.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, or equivalent, are highly desirable.
- Strong background in developing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions using Open AI, Azure AI Studio, and other relevant tools.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering successful AI projects, from conception to deployment, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Strong programming skills in C#,.NET Core, and Python scripting, with experience in developing and deploying AI models on Azure.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and robust technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
