Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Account Manager to join our team in Corporate Operations. The successful candidate will provide support to the Department of Health and Aged Care through a range of financial services and advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with policy, corporate and program areas for which we provide services.
  • Analyse and prepare reports on workload and performance for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver and support high-quality technology services to end users.
  • Manage financial responsibilities alongside the branch Financial Business Partners.
  • Develop productive working relationships to achieve mutual outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a Contact Centre environment handling incoming enquiries.
  • Experience in driving excellent customer service in a large centre or similar service environment.
  • Clear communication skills, displaying attention to detail.
  • Experience in financial processes including invoice processing.
  • Able to work independently and productively with others.
