The Role:

We are seeking an experienced, top-level account manager to join our company. The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge and skills to manage client relationships and provide exceptional project management capabilities. A key focus of the role is to immerse yourself in learning about our services, understand individual businesses, build strong relationships with key stakeholders at a senior level, ask questions to gather information from clients while helping them navigate complex branding and marketing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop your knowledge on our agency and its services.
  • Understand each business and develop strong professional relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Ask relevant questions to gather information from clients and help guide them through complex branding and marketing issues.
  • Be hands-on in day-to-day delivery, write clear project briefs for the team, manage timelines, guide creative development, and resolve problems as they arise.
  • Proactive thinking to deliver effective outcomes, deepen client relationships, grow accounts, and deliver great value.
  • Collaborate closely with our internal team to develop strategic direction, planning, and execution of client projects.
  • Ensure exceptional results for client projects – delivering on time, on budget, and on brief.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a creative agency environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to the position will be considered an advantage.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions under pressure.
