Role Overview

The Agronomy Manager is responsible for developing strong relationships with key clients in the Kimba region, providing agronomic advice and inputs.

This role will focus on broadacre agronomy and crop monitoring, working closely with growers to share information related to environmental and seasonal conditions affecting crop production.

• Provide agronomic advice and inputs to clients in the Kimba region.
• Conduct field demonstrations and trial work for product development in conjunction with suppliers.
• Collaborate with branch staff to drive promotions, merchandising and sales performance.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Strong technical knowledge of agronomic practices and application.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience building and ensuring successful partnerships with customers.
• History of success in executing sales outcomes using specialist knowledge of fertiliser, seed and chemical products.
