Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Water Truck Operator to join our construction crew in the Central Highlands Region. This is a permanent full-time position that involves assisting in the completion of road maintenance and construction projects.

The successful applicant will work on a 9/5 roster and be required to live in camp, away from home.

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled civil operators looking to work on diverse range of projects in a remote area.

The role primarily involves operating a water truck competently and performing general labouring tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role and ability to operate a water truck competently.
  • A positive and flexible approach towards a range of tasks including general labouring.
  • Current Queensland Heavy Rigid or Heavy Combination Drivers Licence.
  • Construction White Card.
  • Statements of attainment for various construction plant and equipment (grader, excavator, etc.) or the ability to obtain them.
  • Fatigue management accreditation or the ability to obtain it.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate and perform general maintenance duties of a Water Truck.
  • Ability to operate within a remote camp environment (as required).
