We are looking for a skilled Residential Care Cook to join our team at Roden Cutler Lodge, Gordon. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive high-quality meals that meet their nutritional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare nourishing and healthy meals for clients to a high standard and within budget.
- Ensure safe work practices are carried out within the safety, health, hygiene and cleanliness standards set by Anglicare and the relevant health authorities.
- Contribute to a hygienic work environment by cleaning and sanitising equipment, floors and work areas.
- Lead and work in a cooperative way, participating in staff rotation into other sections and providing on-the-job training for section staff.
Requirements:
- Workplace Health and Hygiene Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years food industry experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
