Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to coordinate and schedule bookings for community programs, encompassing First Aid in Schools and Party Ready initiatives. This position will be responsible for generating reports, responding to queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and addressing resourcing and availability concerns.

About the Role
  • This role schedules and rosters all schools and sessions for these programs from initial inquiry through to booking, confirmation, and completion.
  • The position will also provide support to other community programs as required with booking and administrative assistance, driving the ongoing development of these programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and coordinating bookings for community programs
  • Producing detailed reports and resolving customer inquiries
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical and operational issues
  • Supporting other community programs as needed
  • Driving the continued growth and development of community programs
Requirements:
  • A strong work ethic and self-motivation in a team-based environment
  • Strong attention to detail and experience in data entry and administration
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with superior organization and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
