- Maintain operational availability of 99% at the solar farm site.
- Perform scheduled inspections and testing to ensure optimal plant performance.
- Collaborate with technical staff to resolve performance gaps promptly.
- Manage site resources, report issues, and ensure accurate accounting for all work.
- Schedule, approve, and execute tasks to meet or exceed performance guarantees.
- Monitor and control resource requirements to meet business needs.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training or recruitment.
- Contribute to the development of operational processes and work quality standards.
- Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for job tracking and asset maintenance planning.
- Prioritize, schedule, and support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Create asset maintenance plans in CMMS and track Operational Availability (OA) requests.
- Schedule preventive maintenance and support floor activities as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management and leadership.
