Catholic Early EdCare, a leading provider of early childhood education and care services in Queensland, is seeking a dedicated Childcare Professional to join our team at Ashmore.

About the Role

This permanent part-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to make a positive impact on the lives of young children. As a Childcare Professional, you will be responsible for creating a safe, secure, and nurturing environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children aged 6 months to kindergarten.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Maintain high-quality care and education standards by working collaboratively with colleagues and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with families by providing regular updates and communicating effectively about their child's progress.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification) recognized by ACECQA.
  • A current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Knowledge of childcare industry practices, including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
  • A passion for working with children and contributing to their growth and development.
