Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at TGI Friday's Sunshine Plaza restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management
    • Manage a team of up to 30 staff, including training, rostering, and on-shift management.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the Front of House operational facets of the business, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue while controlling costs.
    • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, exceeding customer expectations.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Business Development
    • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
    • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of hospitality operations, including food and beverage management, customer service, and sales and marketing.
