Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our Castle Hill Showroom. In this role, you will be responsible for taking initial briefs from clients to final presentations, supporting Design Consultants with interior design projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients
  • Create Concept Presentation Documents
  • Develop detailed interior design architectural documentation
  • Select materials and finishes
  • Lead designs on projects, driving innovative and creative concepts
  • Stay updated on the latest design and furniture trends
  • Evaluate project scopes accurately prior to presentation
  • Report back on leads that may require reallocation

Technical Skills:

  • Documentation: Revit, Vector Works, SketchUp
  • Presentation: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva

About You:

We are looking for an individual with 5+ years of experience in a similar role or interior design studio, possessing excellent presentation skills and outstanding communication abilities.

You should also have experience working with sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
