Medrecruit is seeking a skilled Medical Officer to cover a locum shift at our hospital in north New South Wales. This exciting opportunity allows you to gain experience working in a dynamic ED and Gen Med environment.

Position Details:

  • The successful candidate will work night shifts from 24:00 to 08:00, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the medical team.
  • We require a Junior Medical Officer (JMO) with a minimum of PGY3 experience.

Compensation:

About Our Hospital:

Our 103-bed hospital provides exceptional care to over 12,500 patients annually, performing over 3,300 surgical procedures and attending to over 24,700 emergency cases. We offer a range of services, including Medical, Surgical, Paediatric, Maternity, High Dependency, Renal, Oncology, Palliative Care, Day Surgery facilities, and 24-hour Emergency services.

Location Information:

This charming town has a population of approximately 17,500 people and is situated about 630 km north of Sydney and 340 km south of Brisbane. The nearest airport is just 20 minutes away, making it easily accessible by air. By road, the hospital is a 4-hour drive from Brisbane and 3.5 hours from Port Macquarie.
