This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Organisational Psychologist and contribute to the improvement of workplace health and safety outcomes in Tasmania.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high level guidance and direction to WorkSafe Tasmania on matters related to psychosocial work health and safety, including policy development, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to regulate psychosocial work health and safety in Tasmania.
- Provide training and development programs for internal staff to enhance their knowledge and capability in psychosocial safety.
- Engage with government agencies and other stakeholders to promote psychosocial safety practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organisational psychology and experience in providing guidance and direction to regulatory bodies. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
