- As part of our leadership team, play a pivotal role in driving our team's success, with opportunities to contribute to strategic business development and lead initiatives.
- Provide mentorship to junior staff, guiding and coaching the next generation of designers.
- Share your knowledge with the wider team, further enhancing your engineering management and design skills.
- Highly driven with a profound passion for facade engineering.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Membership with Engineers Australia as CPEng and NER.
- DBPA Professional Engineer & Design Practitioner Registration (preferred).
- Minimum 12 years of facade engineering design experience within an engineering consultancy.
- Highly skilled in facade/building envelope/curtain wall design.
- Adept at building positive and enduring relationships through effective communication.
