Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, capable of developing and implementing category strategies tailored to each retailer's digital landscape.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive eCategory plans that drive growth, enhance shopper conversion online, and optimize product assortment and placement across channels.
  • Utilize data insights and analytics tools like Profitero, Data Impact, and Syndigo to inform decisions, identify growth drivers, and improve category performance.
  • Lead collaborative reviews and updates with key retail partners, ensuring seamless execution between in-store and online channels.
Optimizing Digital Presence
  • Drive the execution of a robust Perfect Digital Shelf framework across platforms, guaranteeing optimal visibility, availability, content health, and search performance.
  • Monitor and enhance digital shelf metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing actionable plans to boost discoverability and conversion.
  • Audit and optimize digital shelf performance using scorecards and benchmarking tools, providing valuable insights to inform Omni-Channel category recommendations.
Collaborative Leadership
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across in-store and online channels.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate syndication and data quality via PIM and eCommerce platforms.
  • Stay informed of emerging trends, shopper behaviors, and retailer platform updates, presenting insights to senior leaders within the organization.
