Role Overview:


• Oversee daily operations across all mine site areas

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

• Facilitate daily work planning and conduct toolbox meetings

• Manage personnel with proactive and positive leadership

• Engage directly in operational challenges as a hands-on leader

• Achieve key performance targets in a safe, efficient, and timely manner

Essential Qualifications:


• Current WA Underground Shift Supervisor Certificate

• Minimum of 10 years of underground mining experience

• Valid Manual Driver's License

• All necessary qualifications, certificates, and licenses (RPLs)

• Ability to successfully complete Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screening
