About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our successful and growing team at Genesis Minerals Limited. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing supervision and guidance to our underground maintenance team to ensure the provision of effective and responsive maintenance support to our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of the underground maintenance team to ensure the provision of effective and responsive maintenance support to our operations.
  • Plan and execute monthly statutory requirements for the department.
  • Manage a small team of experienced tradesmen and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Resolve any maintenance breakdowns promptly and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of our underground assets.
Requirements
  • Qualified Cert III Electrotechnology or equivalent Australian recognised qualification.
  • Underground Electrical background with experience in HV (11kv) Switch gear / cabling fault finding.
  • Experience using Pronto software.
  • Supervisor experience desirable.
